As power shifts once again on the global stage, we are stepping away from X.

We appreciate the opportunity we’ve had to share our work on gender justice and expand our reach, but after critically reflecting on the platforms we use, we’ve decided the negatives of X now outweigh its benefits as a tool for advocacy and awareness.

We will continue to reflect on our relationship with social media platforms, carefully weighing their alignment with our mission and values, and we encourage our partners, colleagues, and allies to do the same.
