Tomorrow, the confirmation of charges hearing in the case against Dominic Ongwen (Ongwen) will commence before Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court (ICC). Ongwen, a Ugandan national and alleged former senior commander in the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA), is the first suspect in the Uganda Situation to have been transferred to the Court and facing a confirmation of charges hearing.
