Read our 2016 Annual report to learn about our work with local partners in three conflict-affected provinces of eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and our new programmes with women formerly abducted by the Lord’s Resistance Army in northern Uganda.

During 2016, we  worked directly with more than 14,000 grassroots organisations, decision-makers, faith leaders, victims/survivors of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), justice stakeholders, women abducted by militia groups, clan leaders, family members, and communities affected by armed conflicts.

Learn more about this and our work with domestic courts and the ICC on the prosecution of sexual and gender-based crimes and the participation of women in the justice system.
