Making a Statement, Second Edition is a collection of statements and commentaries written by the Women’s Initiatives from 2005-2010 in response to the opening of investigations, the unsealing of warrants of arrest, and the charges brought by the Office of the Prosecutor in four of the five situations under investigation by the ICC.  The Second Edition includes updated information about all charges for gender-based crimes requested by the Prosecutor through February 2010, as well as new statements by the Women’s Initiatives regarding the opening of the second trial in the DRC Situation, Prosecutor v. Germain Katanga and Mathieu Ngudjolo Chui, and the Confirmation Decision in the case against Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo.
